Dr Hussenbocus is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Bone & Soft Tissue Tumour Surgery, Joint Replacement & Limb Salvage, Metastatic Bone Disease, and Trauma. He also has a keen interest in research, having published a number of papers in peer reviewed journals.

Privately, Dr Hussenbocus practices with Orthopaedics SA at Calvary Central Districts Hospital, Ashford Hospital, Parkside and Memorial Hospital. He currently has public appointments at the Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals.

After graduating from UNSW Sydney, Dr Hussenbocus completed his orthopaedic training in Adelaide, South Australia, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2017. He then undertook specialist post-fellowship training in the Sarcoma & Joint Replacement Unit at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore (London, UK), and visited a number of highly recognized centres of orthopaedic excellence around Europe.
